How the labeling process work is conducted

1
  1. Acceptance of the client's cargo (hereinafter referred to as the goods and materials) by the number of pallets/logistics places.
  2. Cargo inspection for external packaging defects.
  3. Cargo clearance in accounting programs.
  4. Creating labeling assignments in the accounting program, forming and sending orders for the issue of stamps (if we are working with a client under the Ministry of Emergency Situations — in a subaccount in the "Chestny ZNAK" profile).
2
  1. Goods and materials are sorted into groups: labeled and unlabeled goods according to the client's technical requirements.
  2. Rational arrangement of pallets with goods and materials in the warehouse for prompt selection.
  3. Preparation of goods and materials for labeling: removing excess packaging from pallets, labeling pallets and boxes with internal aggregation codes.
  4. Feeding of pallets to the labeling area according to the labeling assignment.
3
  1. Labeling. Labeler scans the labeling assignment, then he scans the pallet inner labeling (binds the pallet number to the acceptance) and then he scans box labeling.
  2. Box is opened, labeler scans (EAN-13) 1 unit of the goods, after which the system recognizes the goods, generates a sticker with the labeling and prints it.
  3. Labeler glues the sticker to the place of application according to the client's technical requirements.
  4. Labeling of goods and materials is made in two versions:
    Online labeling
    – we scan each unit. Applicable for "mix cargo", where there are two or more GTINs in one box.
    Offline labeling
    – flow format for monopositions: one GTIN is supplied to the labeling area, and the sticker is printed in advance.
After all the goods and materials in the box are labeled, the box is sealed with adhesive tape and packed onto a separate pallet.
4
  1. After labeling is completed, reports are sent to the client and to the "Profile-Euro" customs clearance department for cargo clearance for Import-40 release.
  2. After receiving the Import-40, Customs Warehouse puts the stamps into circulation (if we are working with the client via machine-readable power of attorney - in a subaccount in the "Chestny ZNAK" profile)
