How the labeling process work is conducted
- Receiving the labeling task from the client;
- Entering the labeling task into the management system;
- Checking for new products and verifying the presence of product cards in the National Catalog;
- If necessary — creating label templates for new products;
- Emission of labeling codes.
- Acceptance of goods at the customs warehouse;
- Sorting into labeled and unlabeled items;
- Preparation for labeling (removal of excess packaging, labeling of pallets and boxes with internal codes, sorting by SKU and other characteristics).
- Two labeling formats: Online — scanning each unit (for mixed cargo); Factory box — labeling format for mono-positions (printing labels according to the box capacity/quantum);
- Safety knives for opening boxes and packaging;
- Aggregation of sets and bundles;
- Aggregation of group and transport packaging codes (KIGU and KITU).
- Closing and assembling boxes onto pallets;
- Sending reports to the customer and the customs representative;
