Finance department checks the opportunity and selects the best way to make a payment;
Customs department analyzes the products and determines the FEACN code, customs duty and the need to obtain permits (CoC, DoC, etc.);
Logistics department is working out the best ways and methods of delivery of goods;
FEA department contacts the supplier and negotiates the terms of delivery, prepares a commercial offer based on data received from other divisions of the company.
3Client
Selects the optimal offer based on price and timing;
Coordinates and signs Delivery Specifications;
Pays the bill in rubles on the terms agreed in the Specification.
4Trading company
Concludes a contract with the supplier and makes a payment to the supplier;
Prepares the transport for shipment by the date agreed by the supplier;
Prepares documents for customs clearance;
Delivers the goods to the client after passing through customs clearance;
Performs inspection control of goods, audits of manufacturers and distributors on behalf of the client.
