PROMOTION “0% COMMISSION ON YOUR FIRST DDP SHIPMENT”

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:

1. The Promotion applies to customers who have not previously made DDP shipments with the Organizer, Profile-Euro LLC.

2. Under the Promotion, the commission charged by Profile-Euro LLC for arranging the first DDP shipment is 0%.

3. The Company’s standard commission is 5% of the invoice value (but not less than USD 500). Under the Promotion, this commission is not charged for the first shipment.

4. The Promotion may be used only once — for the customer’s first DDP shipment.

5. The Promotion applies exclusively to the Company’s commission. The cost of goods, international and domestic transportation within Russia, customs duties, taxes and fees, temporary storage warehouse (TSW) charges, terminal charges, storage, inspections, certification, and other expenses and third-party services shall be paid separately in accordance with the individual quotation and the agreement.

6. The possibility of arranging the shipment is determined after verification of the goods, route, documents, and parties involved in the transaction.

7. The Promotion is valid from October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.

8. For the purposes of the Promotion, the first DDP shipment shall mean a shipment for which the Customer and the Organizer have signed a Specification to the DDP Shipment Arrangement Agreement. An application under the Promotion shall mean information about a planned shipment, including an invoice or details of the goods, their value, volume, weight, country of dispatch, and destination. To qualify for the Promotion, the application for arranging a DDP shipment must be received by the Organizer during the Promotion period — from October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, inclusive, and the corresponding Specification must be signed by the Customer and the Organizer no later than November 15, 2026.

9. To participate in the “0% Commission on Your First DDP Shipment” Promotion, the Customer must:

   • Contact the Organizer through the official website, by email, by telephone, or directly through a Company manager.
   • Provide information about the planned shipment, including an invoice or details of the goods, their value, volume, weight, country of dispatch, and destination.
   • Receive an individual quotation for the DDP shipment from the Organizer, taking into account the terms of the Promotion.
   • Agree on the shipment terms, enter into an agreement with the Organizer, and sign the Specification to the agreement.

10. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless otherwise agreed by the Company.

11. The final cost and scope of services shall be determined by the individual quotation and the agreement.
